SCALIA: And you say he’s punishing you? What’s he punishing you for? … When he’s hurting you in order to get information from you, you wouldn’t say he’s punishing you. What is he punishing you for?
By this definition would it be constitutional to torture Scalia in order to get him to understand what torture is?

Again, the arrogance of these people and their views. Next, the earth is square. And that’s my view and it just happens to be correct. Huge grin. And people and the media will report it and say it persuasively and then it will be so.
