That’s the second major blow to the Administration on their war on the US Constitution.
Now why couldn’t they rule against the administration on the GAO / Energy task Force thing??

Too slippery with all that oil all over the case. Besides they’d have to dig up Ken Lay and you know what that would mean,… Dick would have to shoot him in the face!
